Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once completed:

On-site or remote labor

Consultations and assessments

Troubleshooting or diagnostic services
Once a service has been performed, the time and expertise provided cannot be returned.
Subscription Services (Homecare Plans)
Monthly Homecare Plans

Monthly Homecare subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

Billing will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Partial refunds are not issued for unused time within a billing period.
Annual or Prepaid Plans (If Offered)

Refunds are not available once service has begun.

In special circumstances, prorated refunds may be considered at Signal & Stone’s discretion.
Hardware & Equipment

All hardware sales are final once installed or opened.

Unopened hardware may be eligible for a refund within 14 days, subject to a restocking fee.

Custom-ordered equipment is non-refundable.
Antivirus & Software Licenses

Antivirus and software licenses are non-refundable once activated.

License management and setup services are non-refundable.

If you are unhappy with a service, Signal & Stone encourages you to contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns or correct issues related to the original work.
