Subject to any applicable contract with Signal & Stone, negative unanticipated results shall not be deemed a breach of contract or failure to satisfy performance.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Deposits paid for any such canceled or rescheduled appointments will be refunded in full unless discussed to use the deposit in the rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated as early as possible. Absent notification to Signal & Stone, you will be charged $50 for any appointments that are cancelled within less than 4 hours of the appointment. No such charge will be enforced for appointments that are rescheduled

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including pricing and accepted payment methods, will be communicated prior to service delivery.

Failure to submit payment as agreed may result in delayed or discontinued services subject to applicable contracts with Signal & Stone.
